During this weekend you will exercise in the magnificent nature surrounding Gesundaberget on the western shore of Siljan. A weekend where you feel like a multisportsman. We exercice different endurance sporting such as swimrun, trail running and mountainbiking. Being outdoors on nature’s conditions is a central part of our activities. You should be able to crawl and we want you to feel safe riding bike on easy trails. No advanced technique or speed is required. You will get tips on swimming,running and MTB technique. We practice all the activities together, but depending on the level of knowledge, we divide into smaller groups so that everyone can run in their pace. As join as a group in the evening when listening to lectures, exchange experiences and have fun together.

Preliminary Schedule:

Friday 31st August
18:00-18:30    Introduction
18:30-19:30    Joint trailing (about 60 min) to get to know each other
20:00               Dinner

Saturday 1st September
08:00               Breakfast
09:30-12:30    Swimrun including swim technique and info about swimrun related equipment
13:00                Lunch
15:00-18:00    MTB technique and cycling on trails or:
15:00-18:00    Trail running, technique training and running on trails (you choose what you want to do)
19:00               Dinner
20:00               Lecture on training

Sunday 2nd september
08:00               Breakfast
09:30-11:00    MTB technique and cycling on trails or:
09:30-11:00    Trail running, technique training and running on trails (you choose what you want to do)
11:30                Lunch
13:00-15:00    Swimrun
15:30               Closing coffee

Leader:                    Ulf Hausmann (ex national swimmer of DDR, swimrun- and triathloncoach) and Micke Hanell (multisport- and MTB-coach)
Date:                         31:st august – 2:nd september 2018
Price:                        4.450 krincluding all training, lectures, overnight stays, meals (two breakfasts, two lunches, two dinners and coffee)
Accomodation:      Included in cabin with eight beds or part in the lodge with four beds, even part of the double room is available for a supplement of 400 kr
Transportation:    You arrange on your own
Prerequisites:        You can crawl and feel safe in open water. No time requirements.
Nr of participants: max 20 (min 10)
Equipment:             Swimrun-eq (wetsuits and shoes are a must, dolme, paddles, lina is up to you), running wear, MTB if you want. Contact us to rent MTB
